Rules

1) I will only draw Original Characters and Gaia Avatars. I will not sell Fanart.

2) All commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. Although you commissioned me, the Artwork still belongs to me. So not use it for commercial works. IF YOU WANT TO COMMISSION COMMERCIAL WORKS, then talk to me about it BEFORE you commission me.

3) Do not commission me unless you can pay for it.

4) NO REFUNDS. I will not give you a refund if you dislike the picture. If you commission me to draw a character, and I draw it, then you owe me payment. But I assure you that I will TRY MY BEST to make it meet your expectations.

5) I reserve the rights to refuse your commission, and to take as long as I want on it.

6) Payment will be sent when I say I’m finished. The transaction must FINISH before I’ll show you the picture.

7) I’m not selling prints. If you want a print of a past work, prices are negotiable. If you want a print of a commissioned price, I’ll have to get back to you on price.




Process

1) Comment or Note your Order Form to me on Deviantart.

2) Talk to me until I confirm I have started your commission.

3) Wait until I give you a WIP picture. Talk about any possible work or edits.

4) Wait until I tell you I’m finished. Then, send your payment through Paypal ( I may need help with this myself), until the order goes through and I am paid. Then I will give you your picture.

5) Any blaring problems that I think I can easily fix will be fixed. But if the problem is something you should have spotted in sketch form, I will not fix it.
