Description
NOTE. In one part of the picture there are two blue lines pointing to a photo that has two girls in it.
The lines correlate to the descriptions of how a 'dainty' person sits and how a 'basic' sitting pose go. So the end of the blue lines should start at 'If a woman is sitting daintily--' and 'If someone is sitting basically'

Anyway. HEre's the first one. It's a proportion tutorial specifically on standing and sitting. Mostly it's for legs and arms.
This is proportion as I'VE found it-- meaning that this is my proportion chart that I use for almost every character of mine (new pictures included in the bottom).
This advice probably isn't very helpful, but I'm only trying to explain how *I* do things. This is the method I use when I start a picture and try to do proportions.
It requires a lot of trial and error, so you might be frustrated by my way of doing things.
